IF I BOUGHT A RV/CAR CAMPING PASS, DO I STILL NEED TO BUY A FESTIVAL PASS?

Yes, everyone needs a Festival pass no matter what!

HOW CAN I FIND A RIDE TO THE FESTIVAL?

If you are having a hard time finding a ride to the festival, our Facebook Page is a great way to connect with new frends!

WHERE DO I SET UP CAMP?

There are designated camp zones on the mountain, First come first serve so come early! There is also car camping passes available.

CAN I CAMP NEXT TO MY CAR?

Yes, but you must purchase an RV/Car camping pass in advance. Limited passes available. 

ARE THERE RV HOOKUPS IN THE RV LOT?

Unfortunately my frend, there are no RV hookups on site.

HOW FAR IS THE RV LOT TO THE VENUE?

Only a two minute walk! The RV Lot is located at the venue, which is the only place you can park your car/RV onsite.

WHAT ELSE GOES ON AT THE FRENDLY GATHERING OTHER THAN MUSIC?

We offer skateboarding on a mini half pipe (bring a helmet!), hiking, yoga, unique Vendors, live art, and a host of other fun activities.

WILL THERE BE SHUTTLES TO AND FROM THE PARKING LOT?

Yes, Absolutely. We will be running shuttles from Magic Mountain every 15 minutes.

WHAT ABOUT CAMPFIRES, TIKI TORCHES, AND CHINESE LANTERNS?

For safety purposes, we can not allow campfires, tiki torches or Chinese lanterns. You may, however, bring charcoal and/or propane grills and stoves to cook on. They must be accompanied by a fire extinguisher that is valid for 2025.

Is the frendly gathering suitable for children?

Absolutely! In fact, children are the best part of the event. Daytime hours are host to great programming and activities for the little ones. AND THEY GET IN FREE IF THEY ARE 13 AND UNDER!

Weapons & Hazardous Materials

  • Firearms, knives, or weapons of any kind

  • Fireworks or explosives

  • Open flames (campfires, charcoal grills, torches)

  • Hazardous materials or chemicals

Illegal Substances

  • Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia

  • Unauthorized alcohol (alcohol is permitted only in designated areas)

Personal Equipment

  • Drones or aerial devices

  • Laser pointers

  • Amplified sound systems

  • Professional audio/visual recording equipment (without media credentials)

  • Generators

  • Gasoline/fuel cans (except small approved containers for cooking stoves)

Camping Restrictions

  • Glass containers of any kind

  • Pets (unless ADA service animals with proper documentation)

  • Unauthorized vending or solicitation

  • Large structures or unauthorized art installations

  • Personal ATVs, golf carts, or motorized vehicles (unless ADA-approved)

Other Items Not Allowed

  • Bikes inside the venue footprint

  • Unauthorized signage or banners

  • Spray paint or tagging materials

  • Items intended for distribution, promotional, or commercial use without prior approval

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Frends, sunscreen, tent, sleeping bag, pillow, chairs, blankets, bathing suits, towel, face paint, shoes, skateboard, helmet, reusable water bottle, headlamp, cash for vendors, food, acoustic instruments, cooler, water, cameras, warm/cold clothes, bug spray, sunglasses, your I.D., your ticket!

Will there be water at the event?

Yes, there will be free potable water available throughout the site. Don't forget your reusable water bottle!

YO DAWG, CAN I BRING MY PET?

Sorry dawg, pets are not allowed.

DO I HAVE TO WEAR A HELMET ON THE SKATE RAMP?

Yes, love your brain!

What can I not bring?

Weapons of any sort, fireworks, guns, nunchucks, bad vibes, pets, loud speakers, illegal substances, fire materials, glass container. No fires!

Will VIP tickets be available?

No. At Frendly Gathering everyone is VIP. We create an intimidate and amenity packed experience for all our ticket holders.
