FESTIVAL GUIDELINES

RAIN OR SHINE

The festival is a rain or shine event. In the event of of rain, we suggest ponchos, boots, umbrellas, and rubber duckies. In the event of sun, we suggest sunglasses, sunscreen, water and pink flamingos.

Drugs and Alcohol

BYOB is permitted in the campgrounds but will not be allowed in the music venue this year. We have several beer gardens slinging delicious libations!

Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21.

No illegal substances permitted on Festival Grounds.

REFUND POLICY

There will be no refunds. Festival is rain or shine. Artists subject to change.

RE-ENTRY POLICY

All festival goers will be allowed to come and go as they please as long as they have a weekend festival wristband.

ADA INFO

There will be an ADA viewing area at the main stage. Please note that there will be limited capacity and you must contact the festival producers prior to arrival to get ADA credentials. Please contact info@frendlygathering.com for more details.

CHILDREN

Frendly Gathering is a family event and all children under the age of 13 will be admitted for free.

MEDICAL & WELL BEING

There is nothing we care more about than your safety and well being. There will be 24/7 medical and trained EMT’s on site located at the medical tent. Our medical staff is here to help any and everyone out, so please don’t be afraid to stop to ask a question or get a bandaid.

FOOD & DRINKS

There will be some unique food and drink vendors whipping up some amazing grub for your enjoyment. Food vendors are cash only so please come prepared! BYOB is permitted in the campgrounds but will not be allowed in the music venue this year.
