Q: IF I BOUGHT A RV/CAR CAMPING PASS, DO I STILL NEED TO BUY A FESTIVAL PASS?

A: Yes, everyone needs a Festival pass no matter what!

Q: HOW CAN I FIND A RIDE TO THE FESTIVAL?

A: If you are having a hard time finding a ride to the festival, our Facebook Page is a great way to connect with new frends! 

Q: WHERE DO I SET UP CAMP?

A: There are designated camp zones on the mountain, First come first serve so come early! There is also car camping passes available.

Q: CAN I CAMP NEXT TO MY CAR?

A: Yes, but you must purchase an RV/Car camping pass in advance. Limited passes available. 

Q: ARE THERE RV HOOKUPS IN THE RV LOT?

A: Unfortunately my frend, there are no RV hookups on site.

Q: DUDE, Iā€™M FRENDS OF A FREND. CAN I GET A FREE TICKET SOMEHOW?

A: Actually yes, but you have to win it! Check out our Facebook page for weekly Frendly Friday contests for a chance to win a free ticket! Good luck!

Q: HOW FAR IS THE RV LOT TO THE VENUE?

A: Only a two minute walk! The RV Lot is located at the venue, which is the only place you can park your car/RV onsite.

Q: ARE THERE HOTELS NEARBY?

A: Yes, many local hotels and lodges.  Please check  http://www.madrivervalley.com/vt/lodging for more information.

Q: WHAT ELSE GOES ON AT THE FRENDLY GATHERING OTHER THAN MUSIC?

A: We offer skateboarding on a mini half pipe (bring a helmet!), hiking, yoga, unique Vendors, live art, and a host of other fun activities.

Q: WHAT ABOUT CAMPFIRES, TIKI TORCHES, AND CHINESE LANTERNS?

A: For safety purposes, we can not allow campfires, tiki torches or Chinese lanterns. You may, however, bring charcoal and/or propane grills and stoves to cook on. They must be accompanied by a fire extinguisher that is valid for 2017. 

Q: WILL THERE BE SHUTTLES TO AND FROM THE PARKING LOT for day and non-car-camping weekenders?

A: Yes, Absolutely. We will be running shuttles from Lincoln, the other Sugarbush Mountain every 15 minutes.  The trip is approximately a 10 min drive.  Last call for shuttles leaving from the Mt. Ellen venue to Lincoln is 10:30pm on Thursday night and 2:30am after the music on Friday and Saturday.

Q: Is the frendly gathering suitable for children?

A: Absolutely! In fact, children are the best part of the event. Daytime hours are host to great programming and activities for the little ones. AND THEY GET IN FREE IF THEY ARE UNDER 13!

Q: HOW MUCH ARE KIDS' TICKETS?

A: We take pride in being a famly-frendly festival and love when you share the Frendly experience with the whole Fam! With that being said, kids 13 and under are free when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Q: WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

A: Frends, sunscreen, tent, sleeping bag, pillow, chairs, blankets, bathing suits, towel, face paint, shoes, skateboard, helmet, reusable water bottle, headlamp, cash for vendors, food, acoustic instruments, cooler, water, cameras, warm/cold clothes (optional), bug spray, sunglasses, your I.D., your ticket!

Q: will there be water at the event?

A: Yes, there will be free potable water available throughout the site. Don't forget your reusable water bottle! If you do, don't worry, we will be selling Frendly reusable water bottles at our merch tent!

Q: YO DAWG, CAN I BRING MY PET?

A: Sorry dawg, pets are not allowed.

Q: DO I HAVE TO WEAR A HELMET ON THE SKATE RAMP?

A: Yes, love your brain!
