Help us keep Frendly going - Introducing Best Frends Passes

Frendly Gathering has always been built by frends, for frends. Not a festival conglomerate, not a corporation, us, and you. Right now we need that to be true more than it ever has been.

We want to be straight with you. We are a small team carrying a lot on our shoulders right now. Independent grassroots festivals like ours do not have giant crowds or a major corporate sponsor writing the check that makes everything easy. What we do have is something we would not trade for that anyway, a group of like-minded, passionate people who understand why bringing people together on a mountain for a few days matters, why an intimate gathering and real bonding is worth protecting.

So instead of asking you for a donation, we built something better for both of us. If you have the means and want to help carry Frendly forward, we want to give you something real in return, not just a thank you. And if we hit our goal with these limited passes, we are confident it gives us a real path to keep Frendly Gathering growing and around for a long time to come.

We are calling them Best Frend and Best Frend VIP and we are only offering a very limited amount of each.

Best Frend, $5,000 

  • (2) General Admission passes to ALL future Frendly Gathering + Frendly events. 

  • (1) Reserved RV or Car camping at Bob's spot, every year. 

  • (2) pieces of merch, every year. 

  • Name on a permanent plaque/sign at the festival

Best Frend VIP, $10,000 

  • (2) VIP passes to ALL future Frendly Gathering + Frendly Events

    • VIP grants you access to Timber Ridge Lodge which has real bathrooms, snacks, wifi and cozy lounge area.

  • (1) Reserved Premium onsite RV or Car Camping spot, every year

  • (2) pieces of merch, every year

  • Name on a plaque/sign at the festival

  • 25% Off Unique Discount Code to share with Frends

Here is the fine print, because we would rather you know exactly what you are getting into than find out later.

These passes are not refundable. If Frendly Gathering ever stops running, they become void.

If we ever change locations, we will make sure your Best Frend or Best Frend VIP pass carries equal value at the new site.

Passes are tied to the two people named at signup and are not transferable to anyone else. Your payment today is the only payment, there are no annual renewal fees on top of it.

Each year we will just need a quick heads up that you are coming so we can hold your spot, we will send an easy way to do that.

And one more thing worth saying plainly, this is a purchase and not a charitable donation, so it is not tax deductible.
